Banzon is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement, arthroscopy, and fracture and trauma care. He studied at the University of the East in the Philippines, and then completed his residency in New Jersey. Dr. Banzon is particularly interested and experienced in total joint replacements, and is one of the few doctors in the area to do minimally invasive hip replacements using a two-inch, two-incision technique. He does this to benefit his patients, who experience much less pain and a much quicker recovery. The majority of his patients recover in less than half the time needed to recover from a traditional hip replacement surgery.
