Manuel T. Banzon, MD, the orthopedic surgeon who performed the first knee surgery
at CentraState Medical Center in New Jersey using a computer-assisted, minimally
invasive system, will give a presentation on April 24 at the CentraState Ambulatory
Campus Conference Center. Dr. Banzon is a partner and orthopedic surgeon at
Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Freehold, New Jersey.

Cable TV Production Featuring Freehold Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Alan Nasar Has Been Extended

Following the successful airing late last year of three pilot half-hour cable TV shows
produced at the CentraState Medical Center in the fall of 2007, the Comcast network
has expanded distribution considerably to local stations in adjacent New Jersey
counties. Ninety locations across the four counties of Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex
and Union will air the shows on Channel 190, Sundays at 2pm.

In the final lecture of the current free public lecture series presented by the Advanced
Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Freehold, New Jersey, Freehold
orthopedic surgeon Alan S. Nasar MD discussed the major advancements in hip
replacement surgery in recent years and in particular the latest innovations in the
treatment of hip pain. In his lecture on Tuesday, December 11, at the CentraState
Healthcare Center in Freehold, New Jersey, "Hip Arthroscopy, Hip Resurfacing and
Hip Replacement; Are You a Candidate?" Dr Nasar outlined the rationale behind each
procedure, what the surgeon hopes to achieve, the big benefits of the newer minimally
invasive procedures and what factors define the best candidate for each surgical option.
